Late Summer Co-ed Beach Volleyball at Golden Gardens Mondays

Lindsey was a fantastic asset for her team, Bump Set Kilmonger. With only three of them playing tonight, it was important for them to move their feet and be diligent. Thankfully, Lindsey was there to be their quarterback of the court and take charge. She would talk constantly, directing plays and encouraging her teammates. Not only that, but she would lead the team by example with her incredible hustle. For being a quintessential leader and the most hardworking player, Lindsey is our player of the week! Kristen was a true x-factor for her team, Sets Sets in the City. With the help of her teammates providing beautiful passes and sets, Kristen swung with great power and consistency to open spots in her opponent’s court. She also served meticulously sets places where her opponents weren’t. Ace after ace, Kristen helped seal the win for her teammates. For being a major asset for her team, Kristen is our player of the week! Congratulations!

Nate was an animal on the court tonight! As he had a strong arm and was always present to block on defense, he was a powerful resource for Beach Spikers. The jaw dropping moment came in the second set where Nate not only saved a ball that went into the net, but he also perfected his timing while hitting and pounded some awesome hits. In the same set, Nate surprised his opponents with his impeccable tipping placement. For his strong drive and athleticism, Nate is our player of the week! Congratulations!
