Summer Softcore Kickball in Eastlake Mondays/Wednesdays

Claire T set the tone early in the first game of the season for the SoundEarthlings on Monday. The nimble 2nd basemen made a fantastic diving catch on a soft line drive in the 1st inning of her team's 15-4 victory. Claire came away with a nice rasberry on her leg from the play, a trophy which wore proudly throughout the rest of the day. SoundEarthlings will be force to be reckoned with, with players like Claire on their side.

In addition to an overall great game, Jackson kicked a perfect ball down the first base line that resulted in a GRAND SLAM!!!! Great Job Jackson!

Jill had some very good plays and stops at 3rd base that played a key roll in keeping the opposing team from catching up. She definitely was the winning factor!

For her outstanding infield play and ability to catch high-speed line-drives without blinking an eye, Caroline wins player of the week! Batters beware: if you kick a ball towards Caroline, she’s guaranteed to catch it.

With the game's tying run up to kick Chris knew that someone on his team had to make a spectacular play to save the win, and he did. After catching a fly ball for the second out of the 7th inning he made a great throw second base to double off the runner for the last out of the game, securing the win for his team!

With the sun blaring in his eyes, bases load, and he teammates shouting at him to not mess up, Danny let out a booming kick that lead to an inside-the-park homerun. Throughout the night Danny continued his solid offensive play which strongly contributed to Free Ballers win
