Late Fall Co-ed Volleyball at Seattle Central Tuesdays

Jake is back in action and better than ever! After spending nearly the entirety of last season recovering from an injury, Jake has returned to snag his slice of victory. His blocks at the net were unstoppable, and he would hit bombs down the middle. He was able to unleash his power hitting outside and cut sharp angles when he hit. As quarterback of the front row, Jake proved to be a major x-factor for his team. Congratulations to our player of the week, and welcome back!

Even after playing two tough double-headers, Rebekah dominated the court tonight! In the back row, she was consistently ready on defense and made a countless number of saves. Her serve receive was phenomenal; nearly every pass went straight to the setter. In the front row, she showed the other team she owned the net, as she hit with significant power and placement. Rebekah proved to be a major asset for her team, winning both games back-to-back. For her confidence and impressive volleyball skills, Rebekah is our player of the week! Congratulations!

Clay’s volleyball skills were on fire in his game tonight! Not only did he manage to ace his opponents on multiple occasions, but he also made a number of fantastic back row hits. In the front row, Clay brought out the thunder, and smacked down multiple kills. He even fooled his opponents with some tricky saves, including the Knuckle Kill: a kill he earned for knuckle-punching the ball into the opponent’s back corner! Time and time again, Clay proved to be a major x-factor for his team, rightfully earning him player of the week. Congratulations, Clay!
