Fall Co-ed Kickball at Lower Woodlands Mondays

In a very defensive game, Mitch was the spark plug that started the offense for Pitches & Bunts. For the first four innings, both teams were playing shutout kickball. In the fifth inning, Mitch took control of the game by placing a nice kick down the line to knock in the first run of the game. This ignited the offense for Pitches & Bunts as they were able to score three more runs to win by one run. Keep up the timely kicking Mitch!

Dustin was the pitcher for his team and played a great game! He was great sport and played the game with class. He also had several great kicks including an RBI.

Jon had 2 great games on Monday night leading his team to the title. In game 1, he had a great kick knocking in 2 runs and made some incredible catches and throws in the outfield.

In game 2, Jon went 3 for 4 with a couple RBI's but his key play came on defense with Ouch! holding on to a 2-run lead. On a big pop fly to right field, Jon made the catch. He then ran towards first before heaving the ball to home where the catcher redirected it at the runner just before she got to home--A fantastic DP to end a very exciting championship game.
