Black Mambas started off their magical run with a close victory over Red Headed Stepchildren in the Quarters led by early offense; BIG TAB proved to be too much for Just 4 Fun in the other Quarterfinal.
In the Semi's both higher seeds were upset. Black Mambas survived a late Green Egg comeback, and My Drunk Uncle hit the sponsor bar a little too early for a match against BIG TAB.
The championship had everything you wanted, excitement, a close back and forth score, cheering, fans, underdog vs goliath,... in the end BIG TAB pulled away in the 6th and held on led by standout defensive plays by P.O.G. Sarah Smith.
