Notorious D.I.G. crowned their almost perfect season with the championship title this week. D.I.G. played all 8 weeks this summer and lost only one game in their last match. The story behind this team is really teamwork and hustle. D.I.G. was very well rounded with tall guys up at the net and quick defensive players in the back row. They rode their natural talent all the way to the title.

Google was definitely the most talented team on the beach all season. Their core players have been playing together for many years and the team chemistry was obvious. Google fielded their team with three people each week and beat their opposing teams made up of four. Their greatest strength was their ability to force errors from the other teams. Opponents couldn't handle the barrage of hits coming at them from all players. Google took this advantage and ran with it all the way to first place.
