Congrats to the Interbay CrossFit team for winning the championship this past Sunday! It was a great team effort and they held onto a one run lead. This team showed great heart and team chemistry, and they will be a playoff team in the near future.

During the regular season, team Sit On My Base had an impressive run. Going 5 -1, they positioned themselves well for a deep playoff run.
The first playoff game was a hard fought battle with Marshall Law. Sit On My Base went up early and had to hold on for a 1 run victory. Now it was off to the Championship game to face off with the only team to defeat them all season long, Socks On!
After falling behind early, it seemed like it was destined to be a repeat of their previous match up. Sit On My Base rallied to tie the game and in the top of the 6th took the lead. All they needed to do now was get 6 outs and revenge would be theirs. The bottom half of the 7th would play out just like the sixth, 1-2-3. The lone loss was avenged and the title was theirs. Great season and congrats on the championship, well deserved!!
