Illuminaughty started off the season a little roughly, with one loss and a pair of ties. The would turn their season around in week #4 though with an 8-3 win against Booze on First and they didn't stop after that.
They brought their momentum to the first week of the playoffs,effectively continuing an earlier season tie with the Bed Bugs. Illuminaughty showed off their new found offense to the tune of 18 runs in putting away the Bed Bugs.
Next up were the 4 seed Chupacabras. The Chupacabras had advanced to the finals on the back of a 15-7 upset win over the top seed Brews Your Daddy. Illuminaughty would go up early, putting up a 0-2 lead in the first inning. From there, their defense took over as the allowed only one run over the 7 innings. Illuminaughty made several great catches in the outfield and overcame a couple of collisions on the base paths to hold onto the ball for outs.
