There’s nothing better than watching a competitive match between talented teams who exude sportsmanship. But that’s exactly what this championship was like. While both teams demonstrated excellency in skill and attitude, Bumpkins had been fine-tuning their plays all season. They remained focused when behind, were strategic in their placement of offensive swings, and capitalized on score breakaways. Even though they were neck and neck the entire match, with each team claiming a win in the first two sets, Bumpkin’s stamina held up in the third game and were able to keep a steady lead until the championship was theirs.
