The final night of Sunday Garage bowling was something out of a set of a Western Showdown, complete with horses, drunken cowboys and Sheriffs.
It was a disappointing moment for The Fan Club when they realized their rivals and #1 seed Livin' on a Spare where no shows, but they didn't let that phase them! Staying in the competitive mind set they took Spare me your pity to task and Spare me your Pity stepped up to the challenge! It was a great match up and The PW Fan Club squeezed into the Championship by only 21 pins!
It was a similar horse race on lanes 3 and 4 with Split Happens and Glory Bowl. It was an even closer finish with Glory Bowl wining by a mean 15 pins, but nothing during the night was closer than the Championship game.
The Peter Weber Fan Club and Glory Bowl knew it was going to be a close match, it was anyone's game with the ladies of Glory Bowl carrying the team and The PW Fan Club slipping in marked frames at every turn. At the end of the night the calculator had to be broken out and The Peter Weber Fan Club emerged victorious by a mere 4 pins!!!
