3F Bowlers
Between Jordan Siemens and Barry Nishimura, 3F Bowlers had all the bulk they needed to open the season with a win and also acquire large amounts of Red Hook in the process. Their combined score of 682 in two games was quite impressive. The 3F Bowlers have certainly established themselves as the favorites to win the title at Imperial Lanes.

Johanna Castro displayed the telltale traits of a true POTW Tuesday night at Imperial: consistency with improvement. After bowling games of 159 and 160 our team of Underdog Statistical Analysts crunched the numbers and found that at her rate of improvement, she'll bowl a perfect three hundred game at some point during the 68th week of our season. Until then, she'll just have to settle for POTW this week.

Gutt'rDun
Picking POTW for Tuesdays at Imperial is always a difficult task. The talent stretches across all lanes and rosters all have great depth. Six from Bowling Azzholes bowled six- strikes on the way to a 214 game. Savanah from the Shockers had 9 consecutive closed frames on her way to a 208. Robert from XXX had games of 202 and 195 respectively. In the end, though, it was Erin Belling's LEAGUE LEADING score of 216 that earned her POTW honors. She had no open frames, 7 strikes, and the classic Turkey in the Tenth to cement her legacy in BTB history. When asked for comment, Erin got down on one knee, thanked god and her mother, and then promptly had a cooler of beer poured over her head.

3F Bowlers
What can we say about BJ Ong? He's one of BTB's oldest and dearest, not to mention one of our best bowlers. He's been with us since our early Leilani days and has now made a home for his team at Imperial. They always come wanting to win, but never take themselves serious enough to not have a good time in the process. Tuesday night BJ was truly in championship form with games of 179 and 196. In the championship, he started off with six straight spares and then added a 3 strike Turkey towards the end for good measure. Congratulations, BJ. See you next season.
