Spring Co-ed Flag Football at Juanita HS Tuesdays

CJ of XFL is the first POTW of the season with his game changing play late in the game. XFL got out of the gate slow getting down a couple scores, but battled in the second half. CJ was a key receiver in XFL's comeback. It was CJ's pick six having to run the length of the field to score. With this Pick 6 XFL was in the drivers seat and was able to run the clock out, which is good cause CJ was running on empty. Great game XFL.

Allison A. checks in this week as the POTW as she is slowly becoming the number one receiver. Starting the season as a new team everyone is finding their roles, and Allison had multiple catches in her squads victory. Though people were talking about her offensive production numbers, there was more chatter about her defensive play coming up with a Huge stop and a eventual win for her team. Great job Allison.

Lyn M. earns this weeks honors with her excellent defense rushing the QB, and coming up with lots of great receptions. Lyn has always been a defensive guru but Lyn is stepping up on offense with great catches and terrific moves after the receptions. Lyn helped her team in a tight game that was decided by 3 points. Lyn lead the team with receptions, and with lots of YAC was able to get some big first-downs. Great game Lyn!

Kevin R. is this weeks player of the week for his outstanding awareness of where the goal-line is. Kevin R. snagged 2 INT's and successfully returned both of them for TD's. Kevin was a menace on defense but also helped out of offense finding the goal-line once again with a TD reception. Great game Kevin!
