Scott came through when he was needed most on Thursday. After his team had fallen behind by 8 runs, Scott was a big part of a huge comeback in the last inning. After his team had put up 7 runs to get to within 1, Scott came up with two outs and a runner on second. He would lace the ball into left center to score the tying run and pick up a point in the standings for the Whiskey Bats.

Breana had some tough competition for player of the week, but she earned it with her outstanding all around play. Breana filled up the box score with her prowess at the plate. She went 3 for 3 and drove in an amazing 6 runs! Breana was no 1 trick pony though. She was a superstar on defense. Using her rocket arm she gunned down 2 base runners from deep right field. Fantastic game Breana!

In a tense battle on a windy night, Brittany H stepped up to the plate in the bottom of the seventh with a tie game hoping to be the hero for McNasties. There was a runner on third with one out and as Brittany stepped to the plate with a calm presence, her teammates began cheering her name. On the first pitch she saw Brittany roped a base hit for a clutch game winning RBI, sending her team home with a hard fought victory.

A Bunch of Girls Named Jessica Captures Title
Jessica Hits For Cycle
A Bunch of Girls Named Jessica has done it. They have captured the USL league title in dominating fashion. Leading the way was Jessica who pulled off something really rare and hit for the cycle. She clearly sparked this team in the early innings from the plate and inspired everyone to just get a hit. They ripped of twenty runs and held Avvo to just fourteen and played lock down defense in the late innings when they needed it. Great game and congratulations on your league title.
