POTW: Shane Premo
POTW: Shane Premo
Indy #1
Week 1 honors for POTW ended up going to a virtual unknown. An Indy going by the name Shane Premo lit up Sunset on Wednesday night and rolled over the opposing team, giving his readymade crew a quick start to the season. Shanes games of 205 (capped) and 163 put his team head and shoulders above the rest. This could be the start of something beautiful...

POTW: Kelly Zant
The Loaded Bowl
Kelly Zant started the night slow Thursday night at Sunset, but she ended with a bang. After a so-so game of 119, Kelly's second was a game of 210 (capped at 205). Kelly said she owed special thanks to the man above, and her personal trainer, Victor Conte, who could not be reached for comment after the game. She then crushed a few walnuts in between her bulging biceps. Way to get it done, Kelly.

Theme Night - aka TV Show Night
POTW: Stefanie Morris
POTW: Stefanie Morris
Indy #1
Stefanie, a.k.a. "Super Secret Smackdown" equals super amazing. Not only did her team's rendition of the Nickelodeon series "Double Dare" (including one teammate drinking from a cup taped to the top of an another teammates' head) blow all other tv costumes out of the water, but Stefanie's bowling skills are unstoppable. In the first game of the season, she managed to bowl 8 strikes in 10 frames. She followed that up this week with 5 strikes and one spare in the second game. She originally was going for a 300 but then decided against it as to not make any one else feel less adequate. Don't pull her ponytail, either. She will fight you.

POTW: Meghan Soptich
POTW: Meghan Soptich
B.A. Baracus
Meghan, aka Amy Amanda Allen or "triple A," is not only her teams' captain, she is also a leader spiritually and emotionally. She miraculously recovered from a fall, breaking her neck in 3 places last week (not really) and was able to get dressed in an awesome "A-team" outfit on a moments notice even though it wasn't a theme night. Her team may not have won this week but Meghan bowled a career high of 116 in the first game and followed that up with a 110 in the second.
"I love it when a plan comes together."

POTW: Will Louks
POTW: Will Louks
GRPK
"Playa" a.k.a "Jimmy Buffets Liver" walks the walk. He says he bowls to promote alcoholism and recreational drug dependencies all while helping to keep his team in first place because. Will showed up late claiming he was stuck saving the world from rabid monkey terrorists plotting to overthrow the produce departments of all the QFCs in the greater Seattle area, but still managed to bowl a 156 followed up by a 184 this week. Will's bowling really does bring sexy back. (Minus the sexy part)

POTW: Mark Wehrmeister

We'll just call him "el capitan." Mark was the motivational leader behind his team's overall success and he even beat Will's score in the first game. Being captain is hard work but Mark pulled it off and led his team to the championships. You get a gold star! (No actual gold star will be distributed)
