Freeballers got the season started poorly, losing on opening day. That would be the last time they lost all season long. They rattled off five wins to end the regular season. They would just need three more in the playoffs to take the title home.
The first two playoff victories came easy as they won both by close to 40 points each. The final game would not be so easy. Facing the top seeded Winslows Soldiers, the Freeballers would have their hands full. Losing for most of the second half they needed to capitalize on every possession. Led by QB Ryan Bekins, Freeballers pulled out the victory in the waning seconds capturing another title for the veteran team. Great season Freeballers, congrats on your championship!!
