Winter Eastside Trampoline Dodgeball at Skymania in Kirkland Thursdays

It wasn't a pretty scene for the Oddballs early on in their first matchup on Thursday night at Skymania. The team was down to just Neill, while the opposing team had a full six members remaining. Undeterred, Neill proceeded to eliminate all six members of the opposing team unassisted, notching the victory for the Oddballs. For his heroics on the court, Neill is undoubtedly our player of the week.

This past Thursday night, Misty showed us all why relentless hustle leads to success in the fine sport of Dodgeball. In the final game of the evening, the Tramp Stamps were locked in a tightly-contested affair, and Misty found herself alone vs two of her opponent's strongest throwers. Undaunted, Misty gunned down the two remaining men on the other team in a rapid succession of accurate throws. As if this feat were not enough, Misty replicated her game-clinching performance in a later match, effectively sealing the overall victory in what turned out to be a 4-3 final. For her heroics, Misty is our player of the week.

Chris L. earns this weeks honors with an epic performance in a tough game. Chris helped his team win on the night, and sealed the honors this week with a great 5 on 1 comeback win. Chris went solo in one game and the opponent was ready to pounce and get the win, but with Chris's elusive dodges and hard throws was able to mow the 5 opponents down one by one. Great game Chris.

Sajani earns the honors of the week for her final final game performance. In a match that was already decided, Sajani helped her team finish strong with a terrific final catch of the season. Sajani played great all season and her skills improved, she also played with very high integrity and had lots of fun in doing so. Sajani's season long improvement of Dodgeball skills showed in the final weeks and this week we honor her as POTW. Great season Sajani!
