This weeks POTW starts the season off with a great come-back win, and contributed a great deal in the success. Robin N. earns the honors with her mid-season form defense recording the most outs for her team. In a game that ended 12 to 11 Sparkle Mountain trailed all game, but Robin's defense slowed the opponent and Robin also helped the run manufacturing. With Robin's outstanding play she earns this seasons first POTW. Great game Robin!

Peggy S. was outstanding all day making catch after catch, and foiling any sort of rally by her opponent. Peggy was a team leader in making outs, as she had the field on lock-down. Peggy is always dangerous at the plate with her excellent bunts, but Peggy defense gives her the honors this week. Peggy chased down every shot kicked to her zip-code and came up with a big catch. Great game Peggy and excellent job catching everything.
