One kick wonders started slowly but ended by dominating this game with their suffocating defense scrappy offense. In the first, they got a run on an infield single and got a big double play on D. Close through 4 innings but in the fifth they got a big run scoring double, a sac bunt and a 2-run single to jump out to an 11-1 lead. Their defense continued throughout the game with the guy in the white shirt running all over the outfield making catch after catch. They finished by catching the runner between home and third for the final out in a hard earned championship victory.

With Years of experience behind them the Lebowski’s still stood trial against Good Answer in the championship match-up. The outlook wasn’t brilliant in the top of the first as Good Answer took a demanding lead of 3-0, but as the Lebowski’s took the plate they showed they won’t be dismissed that early. They crawled back after two at bats leaving the score tied as we entered the 4th inning. Close outs at home from and throws to first by the picture held off Good Answer from scoring until the bottom of the 4th where it was the Lebowski’s took a 3 point lead.
It was back and forth the next two innings but as we entered the final at bat for Good Answer no one was breathing easy. Good Answer had no outs and runners on first and second. With a bunt a hard choice to take the out and advance the runners was made. With one out and two in scoring position a high pop fly to the outfield brought two home and two outs. The next kick flew just over second a fast move to from the base runner left Good Answer one base away from a tie ball game. With tensions high the Lebowski’s held composure and forced the out sealing their victory!
