Entering the playoffs 6-0 and as the number one seed, Ball Related was the heavy favorite to bring home the title. Some teams would crumble under the weight of those expectations but not Ball Related.
After cruising through the first round, the semi-finals proved to be a tougher challenge. Behind the strong kicking of Jake Kinsley, they slid into the championship game with an 8-4 victory. Facing the second-seeded Sit on My Base in the championship game, Ball Related used defense to shut their opponent down. Becky Rottenstein at second base was catching everything coming her way playing a big part in the securing the championship victory.
Many dream of it, but not many can pull it off, but Ball Related got it done. 9-0, the perfect season! Awesome season and congrats on the title!!
