Lawrence Witkowski
Lawrence Witkowski
Indy #K17
Lawrence earns this week's Player of the Week for showing outstanding sportsmanship and showing what it means to be a true underdog, even in a losing effort. On a team of rookies, Lawrence shined, helping teammates and opponents nail down the skills of kickball, and had a couple nice grabs out in the outfield. Congrats Lawrence, good luck the rest of the season!

Bobby Miller
Bobby Miller
Transpo-letes
Ooh baby what a cannon! Bobby earns this week's Player of the Week award for his outstanding defense at shortstop, catching everything in his vicinity (and a few that were out of his vicinity) and delivering strike after strike over to first. A great defensive effort by everyone held the opposing team to 1 run, but it all started with Bobby.

Scott Sutherland
Scott Sutherland
We Got The Runs - Indy #K17
We got the runs beat Westin Bellevue 6-15 Wednesday night. Scott Sutherland led the team to their win by making killer defensive plays. Scott made a virtual cornucopia of plays to help his team out. One of these plays in particular involved scott pushing a girl over; an unfortunate incident that Scott apologized for. Nonetheless this action showed Scott's unyielding effort for the team.

James did it all for the Transpo-letes in their big win Wednesday night. Offensively, he just pounded the ball with a HR, a double and a triple, with 6 RKIs and 3 runs scored. He also played solid on D with a nice running catch in the outfield and a great relay throw to nail a runner at 2nd.

Joe Dvorak
Joe Dvorak
Kickin' It- Indy #K18
Joe was just awesome as usual with his steady play--never too up or down, just solid and ready at all times. He started the scoring with a huge 3B for an RKI in the first. Then in the third inning, he added a single and had a great over-the-head catch on the run from 3rd to shallow LF. He had a key throw from 3rd to 1st in the fifth to just beat the runner for the final out. He added another single in the 6th and just played solid with no mistakes and a few huge plays that really did make the difference in the championship game.
