Summer Softcore Kickball in Everett Thursdays

That's how you send a message! Phillip C helped his team topple the defending champs Just the Tip by crushing 2 deep home runs and numerous catches from his hybrid pitcher/shortstop position. While pitching he made a couple of excellent throws to first on some well placed bunts, then was all over the place when he took over at short, expanding his range from the third base line to center field. When he needed to he came through in the clutch, knocking those two homers and driving in half his team's runs. Congrats Philip!

Captain Stefanie earns this week's Player of the week award for her outstanding contributions on defense in the final two games that helped her team earn the championship. She played a great short stop and caught some great line drives, and even turned her own unassisted double play (after her teammates were screaming at her to touch the base she was literally one foot away from). Congrats Stefanie!
