First game of the night promised to be a good one, Balls N Dolls vs. The Bayside Tigers. The Tigers came out and held their own, two very competitive, capable teams. Balls managed to get on the board first, however, the Tigers were chomping on their heels the whole way through. It was a one point game throughout, the lead changed many times, it came down to an amazing tag-and-go in the bottom of the 7th. 1 out, bases loaded, a nice pop fly to the outfield, bounces off an outfielders hands, the runner tags and heads for home. Tied game at 5-5, she makes!!! And that is game. The Bayside Tigers has an amazing game and season, playing 2 playoffs games to get to the championship. On this day the Balls N Dolls took the prize! Great season both sides!!
