The championship night was all excitement as both games in the first round came down to the last bowler. All heads were high until the last pin dropped, then some cheered and others sighed. It was Minds in the Gutter, and Balls of Fury. It was a great game but it was Balls of Fury who used their past experience and put it to good use as returning champs. They bowled a 627 to a 574 and coasted in to the champions chair. Great job Balls of Fury, but watch out, Minds in the Gutter now have their minds on the chipper! Great season to all teams!
This weeks player of the week goes to Dana of "Balls of Fury". She helped her team go all the way with a 136 and a 147 two solid games that helped her team get to the top spot! It was a great night of bowling and Dana showed she and her team deserved the honor of being the Kings of the lanes for a night! Great job Dana!
Deck the lanes with Balls of Fury...Fa-la-la-la-la la-la-la-la. Definitely no grinches here, Balls of Fury brought both Christmas spirit and their A-game to the lanes Thursday night. The team's holiday themed PJ's and Mikey's raw talent were forces to be wreckoned with, as Mikey lead his team to another victory with a score 205. Way to go guys, see you in playoffs!
