Sweet T's Thumping 3's

This week's player of the week status goes to the two setters of the Sweet T's Thumping 3's. These gals both not only set the ball, but played well all around. Lexi hit with power and was a force at the net! Liz kept her hitters happy, and played scrappy defense that kept the ball in play many times! Despite losses in the first and third games, these two kept their team playing hard and allowed their offense to keep swinging away at the ball. Great job ladies!

Jeff's continually impressive setting certainly kept his offense happy tonight, allowing them to get kill after kill in their match against Great Balls of Fire. Though the other team managed to take the last game, Jeff kept the gap close by setting smart and keeping his hitters in the game! His team took advantage of the great set ups with some killer hits and scrappy net play - great job team!

Tonight, it was impossible to pick just one player of the week from the Sweet T's Thumping 3's because they all played so well! Their passing was on, they had scrappy saves, they had killer serving streaks, and great hits. All in all they played together extremely well as a team and took the match with a solid 3-0 score. Great job team!
