The hardcore championship came with lots of scoring and hootin and hollerin! With both teams with tons of talent, it made for an excellent game. Both quarterbacks played great games when they were on the field, splitting up the defenses and finding the goal line. Run It Up was able to make big plays in the end to grab a bit of a lead, and left Channel 4 with an opportunity to fight their way back. With under a minute Channel 4 traveled to mid field and left themselves time for one more play. Seconds on the clock all able bodies tried to find some daylight in the end-zone for their QB to hit them on the numbers. Run It Up stingy defense made for a tough, narrow seam, and Channel 4's QB just barely missed one of his receivers, throwing the ball with plenty of zip that went right threw the wickets of his man. This ending a close game between to power-houses! Great seasons to both teams!
