In quite the offensive game, Go Balls Deep claimed their third league title thanks to a great goal-line stand as time was winding down. The game went pretty much according to plan in the first half, as both teams scored on every possession, leading to a tie game. Go Balls Deep went up by 6 with 2 minutes to go and needed a defensive stop. Purple Haze drove the ball down to the 3-yard line, and it came down to 4th and goal. Scott P jumped in front of a quick slant, intercepting it to seal the game. All his team needed to do was kneel it out for the victory, and kneel it out they did. Well done, guys!
Scott P earns this week's Player of the Week award for coming through with a huge game sealing INT at the goal line, leading his team to a championship victory. Well done!
