Both Serve it Up Buttercup and Hardwood Heartache came ready for a fight tonight. In game one Buttercup definitely had the upper hand to start since they were warm from their previous game, but Hardwood held strong and came up to speed, just a little too late. Game two was full of awesome serves and many great saves from both sides of the court. All players were running, diving and jumping for any ball they could get their hands on. In the end it was Buttercup that sealed the victory.
Billy was a rock star in both of his games to help make up for their lack of a 6th man. He dove for great digs and flew for awesome spikes. He was so dedicated when he went for an attack he popped his shoulder out of the socket and was out for the last few points of the championship game. His team finished out the win in his name.
