This week's player of the week goes to Jon Moore of the Cornballers. Jon played one heck of a game against the #1 seed Bad News Banyans. On defense, any kick to center field was sucked up by this vaccum cleaner. On one occassion, it looked like Jon was going to make a classic rookie mistake by making his first steps running towards a fly ball, but he managed keep his eyes on it, adjust and left his feet to make a HUGE catch. On the offensive side of his game, he pretty much has this market cornered. Dude can hit....i'll just live it at that! Nice work this week, Jon!
WoW. What a Kick. John helped to tie up the game by blasting an out of the park grand slam. He blasted it all the way to the basketball court in right field. It was an absolutely epic kick.
This weeks player of the week was on the losing end of a game, but John Hart wins the vote! While his team put up only 7 runs, john accounted for 6 of them, one a base clearing homer! Great job John, have your team take notes!
John played a mean shortstop this week. He gobbled up everything kicked to him and to his peripheral area! He led his team to victory with a booming double and 2 RKI. He did all this while playing on a bad wheel! Great job John.
