In the most competitive game on a cool but finally dry Sunday it was the Arbornauts squaring off against Hey Buddy. From the first pitch Hey Buddy had the lead and never relinquished it...that is until the bottom of the 7th inning when the Arbornauts came back from 6 points down! It was Bob Gately stepping to the plate and driving in the do-or-die rbi to tie the game up and push it to extra innings. In the extra 8th inning the Arbornauts once again overcame being down to take the victory in dramatic fashion! Congrats to the Arbornauts and to Bob Gately the much deserving Player of the Week!!!
This weeks player of the week goes to Josh Wofford for his power at the plate in a big scoring game. Josh was able to hit 4 homers and bring in lots of RBI's and helped his team in the point race they were in against their opponent. Great job Josh, and good start to the season!
