Palm Mass Pack had some great rallies and aces in the first game, but Grill For My Friends fought back in the second and third game to win the championship. Grill For My Friends had very controlled passes, making the set up for a kill effortless. They had some great plays at the net, never letting the ball drop. What really turned them around were the killer serves in that second game! Way to go, Grill For My Friends!
Daniel was a true X-factor in the sand in his game this week. Proving the old adage that some people just have “it,” Daniel was on another level during his game. With wicked strength, Daniel outran, outjumped, and outperformed the competition, which paved the way for his team’s double-header victories. For gracing all in attendance with his natural athletic ability and his 69 kills, Daniel is our Player of the Week. Congratulations!
