The Cinderella story of the T-Rex Wolverines came to a tragic conclusion on Sunday against the oft silly riDONKulous team. The T-Rex wolverines entered the playoffs as the lowest seed and after several gutsy performances found themselves facing the 3 seeded riDONKulous in the championship game. Perhaps the antics of riDONKulous lulled their opponents into a stupor, because riDONKulous jumped out to a huge early lead, thanks in part to a crazy pick-six that was taken off a receiver's feet. In the second half, the Wolverines put together a string of impressive scoring drives, but riDONKulous was able to keep them at bay and hold on to their lead until the time had expired. Congratulations riDONKulous you're the league Champions!
This weeks player of the week goes to Jared K. and his dominance on the offensive side of the ball. Jared was the key player on his squads win in a 28 to 12 win. riDONKulous put up 28 points and Jared had 4 TD's, by doing the math Jared was the obvious choice in a good win. Great game Jared!
