On Sunday, Baller Up was good enough to play anybody, anywhere! It was one big kick after the other. Dan Gelis helped his team out BIG TIME by going 3 for 4 w/some clutch kicks. And let's not forget the awesome defense and big kicks by Mr.Kickball himself, Lucas Cobb! Overall, excellent performance by each and everyone on both teams! See you all next season!!
This week's POTW did a little bit of everything. She pitched, she kicked, and she scored runs. Chara was on fire. Not only did she go 3 for 3 at the plate, but she also shutdown the other team when she was on the mound. Chara was a 'Jill of All Trades' and she helped her team master the game of kickball. Great job Chara!
Kicking for the cycle is a rare occurrence. Nick didn't seem to care if he got it or not because he wasn't about to stop on first base. Nick showed up to play today. Not only did he get a triple and a double, but also had 2 homeruns that totaled 8 of his team's 10 runs. I don't think Nick will ever kick for the cycle, because he doesn't know how to stop at first base haha. Great job out there Nick!
Christian was a fan favorite and caught the eye of his teammates and opponents with a few great plays and one particular catch in the outfield to kill a big rally.
Even a spectator walking by made the ESPN sound, da na nah, da na nah
