Christian was a fan favorite and caught the eye of his teammates and opponents with a few great plays and one particular catch in the outfield to kill a big rally.

Kelly amazed both teams with her play in the field. She was constantly making great plays to keep her team in the game. Her friendly attitude, smart play, and good sportsmanship only solidfied our choice for Player of the Week!

Many times I have seen a runner on 3rd and the ball is kicked to the 3rd baseman. The 3rd baseman fields the ball and gives a fake to 1st to see if they can catch the runner going home. It never works...until today. Jay gave a nice full-body fake throw to 1st and the runner bit and Jay tagged him out. It was pretty sweet. Jay also had a grand slam to help vault his team to victory. Way to play Jay! (and yes I meant to rhyme)

The Turkey Snazzlers, whether they know it or not, possess one of the greatest left fielders known to play this great sport of kickball. HIs stock keeps rising and what he did on Sunday proved that. No catch he made, which was about 5 of them, was made easy for him. He would launch himself, sacrificing his body, to get that out for the GOOD of the team. (Message to the captain: Hold on to this one. The understanding is that he's a free agent this year and there are a lot of teams willing to pay a lot of Canadian Tire bucks for this guy.) Great performance out there, Stu!!
