The crowned champs are Skeet Skeet Bang Bang who went the whole season without a loss. It was not an easy achievement as teams were gunning for them. In SSBB's first game they won by 8 runs and relied on solid defense to win the game. The Championship game was tougher and went down to the end with a 3 run difference. SSBB had 1 big inning where they scored 6 runs, but again had to rely on the defense as the opponent did not allow them to score at will. SSBB were able to holed of a late game rally by only allowing 3 total runs in the final 3 innings to secure the 11 to 8 victory, and the title "Champs". Great season Skeet Skeet!
The final weeks honors go to the squad of Skeet Skeet Bang Bang and their perfect season. SSBB went the whole season without losing a game, but the competition got tougher as the season went and the games were closeer and closer. SSBB was able to hold off teams getting better as the season went and won the Championship flawless on the season. SSBB played with a well rounded squad and had no weak spots on offense or defense. Great season Skeet Skeet, and we will see you in the future!
The player who earns this weeks honors as player of the week goes to Rory W. Rory left everything out on the field and helped lead his team to a win, and kept the teams season record flawless. Rory came up with 3 big home-runs, and also had a collision with the 3rd base line fence, and a split decision the winner of that tangle. Rory had the left side of the field on lockdown playing a stellar 3rd base. The 3 home-runs sealed this weeks honors as he added insurance runs to the winning final. Great game Rory!
