Congratulations Seth! This guy was just as exciting and fun as his bright pink shirt. Seth kept things upbeat by encouraging his teammates to “SLAM!!” every ball and even congratulating his opponents. In It To Win It - Slalom Consulting and The Badgers were neck and neck the entire match. The third and final game, both teams with one win each, was crazy intense and went to 32-30. There were amazing rallies and Seth’s effortless topspin serves, sweet defense and covering, and killer back row attacks kept Slalom Consulting in it until the very end. Although they didn’t come out with the W, Slalom Consulting and Seth with his mad skills and energy were really fun to watch. This was definitely the most intense game of the night. Way to go Seth!!!
Alyssa was an "Ace" tonight, going on serving streaks to help capture the victory for "In It To Win It- Slalom Consulting." With ice in her veins, Alyssa never chocked under the pressure whether on the serving line of making clutch digs. Watch out for Alyssa come playoff time because she is already in playoff form.
Kirsten had a knack for coming up big when her team needed it the most. When the "Wallyballers" began to make a rally, Kirsten deflated all of the momentum with her timely points. Going on serving streaks, Kirsten was able to push her team's lead further ahead. Anytime Kirsten touched the ball it seemed like good things happened for her. Her all around game became the reason why "In it to Win it- Slalom Consulting" was able to pull this 2-1 victory tonight. Great job.
