To be the best, you gotta beat the best, and that's exactly what the Bada Bings did on Sunday afternoon in Ballard, taking down the undefeated Kitty Litter in 9 INNINGS! Granted the Bings are no slouches, but they were the clear, uh, Underdogs going into the game. There were 7 scoreless innings before this game really got going. Lora Lee caught everything that came to her at second base. After each team scored a run in the 8th, Kevin Egli broke it wide open with one of the most booming kicks we've ever seen in Ballard or any other field for a three run homer. Even the Litter was impressed. Good work, Bada Bings. Good luck in the playoffs.
