Being an Indy team made no difference to The Dirty Diamonds on Tuesday night against Here For the Beer. Their composure, their hustle, their hitting and pitching made it look like they have been together for multiple seasons. They flat got after it scoring 16 runs and holding Beer to 1 run for 7 innings. Kyle's plate work and Blake's pitching were key in this awesome win. The Dirty Diamonds are going to be together for a long time and other teams should not take them lightly because of their Indy title. Great job Diamonds and congratulations on your first championship.
Batting 5 for 5 with a HR, a triple, two doubles and 3 RBIs would be a great night for anyone. Tom was an absolute boss Tuesday night playing short stop like it was the last game he would ever play again. Nothing could get by him and his plate performance was off the hook. When the Dirty Diamonds needed a pick me up Tom was the pick me up. Great game Tom.
