It is now obvious that Only Here For Beer was in Big Turkey Bowling for more than just beer. They rolled through the semi-finals and the final round to take their first BTB championship in the inagural 9pm Thursday Sunset League. Only Here For Beer will forever be known as the first team to win the championship in Thursday 9pm Sunset Lanes BTB. Congrats to the winners from the Big Turkey.
In one of the most thrilling championship games of all time, Only Here For Beer was able to pull out the win in dramatic fashion. Behind all the magic was "Captain Jeff" McAlexander, who led his team all season.
