On a night where the wind wreaked havoc on Seattle, Only Here for Beer wreaked havoc on the competition. With two clutch victories in the semifinal and final round Beer won their second consecutive championship. OHFB also has the remarkable distinction of being the last Underdog Championship team of 2006. With leagues closing up until 2007, 2006 bragging rights will forever belong to Only Here for Beer.
Nate "The Great" Olson was the man for Only Here for Beer. Nate had all the right moves, putting up the scores that made the difference for the winners. Not only is Nate great, but Only Here for Beer is great too as they joined an elite group of Big Turkey Bowling teams to repeat as champions.
