Eric Ding of XXX Out followed up an impressive 205 in Game 1 with a solid 161 in the Championship Game. Eric's strong performance in the Final Four earned him the MVP. XXX Out beat 3F 629-611 to claim the victory.
Eric didn't do it all by himself, though. XXX Out used at least one score from each of its six bowlers at some point in the Final Four, so it was a total team effort. To make the Championship Game even better, the game went down to the final couple of frames.
Wow! What a great Final 4!!! In Game 1 both 3F's and Bowling Azzholes' men maxed out (or as close as possible), so it came down to their ladies. 3F's women edged out the ladies of the Bowling Azzholes to propel them into the championship game.
In the battle for third place, Dude, Where's My Ball? beat Bowling Azzholes by only 3 pins. Reid led the way by bowling a 177.
Eric Ding bowled followed his 205 the Final Four with a solid 161 in the Championship Game. His strong performance led XXX Out to the Big Turkey Bowling Championship.
I didn't personal witness it event, but rumor has it Eric was mobbed by fans in the Imperial parking lot and spent 2 hours signing autographs after the game.
Congrats, Mike, on being this week's player of the week! You led your team in scoring both games to help your team capture all 4 points. After bowling a 165 in Game 1, you flirted with the Mendoza Line and bowled a 204 in the second game.
Despite bowling 8 strikes and picking up 9 spares, you couldn't manage to win any tickets off me! But, you did lead your team to victory and pick up the "W"...er, make that the "POTW"
