Happy Player of the Week to Cory Dunn from Our Balls Don't Drop! This guy was on fire last night! On a glorious Monday afternoon out at Golden Gardens, really everyone on OBDD was playing amazing. Diving for balls and making tons of scrappy saves, their double header of wins were well deserved. This team was really on point, but Cory was a standout. With great consistency, Cory made tons of saves, killer serves, and sweet hits and defense. Way to work! And awesome job to all of Our Balls Don't Drop! Keep it up!
This week's Player of the Week goes to Dave for his undeniable athletic ability even in that unforgiving sand. Nothing could stop Dave tonight as he flashed from one side of the court to the other without missing a beat. Might as well have been on the hardwood because he was jumping up and down like there was no give under his feet. He finished off balls by sending them down to the other side and denied attempts by the other team. Even without putting the full force of their team out there tonight, Our Balls Don't Drop is looking like an early favorite to go deep into playoffs. Great Job!
