As team captain, M'Elena really goes the extra mile to support her team. Not only was she on base nearly every at bat while scoring a couple runs, she made sure to also lead her team in the "spirit" category, which ended up being the difference in this game.
The opponents may have scored more runs but their spirit was not quite up to par with that of M'Elena and her Kicktease squad. The dress shirts and short-shorts costumes definitely put them over the top--A true funcore team all the way!
