Though the Sparkle Mountain Chupacabras are a generally positive team, their catcher Todd Sigley sets an example for good attitude. Throughout his team's playoff run this past Thursday, Todd shouted advice, strategy tips, and general encouragement to his teammates. Beyond that, Todd contributed greatly to his team's competitive success, recording highlight reel plays by gunning down baserunners with his lethally accurate leg. For his play and demeanor, Todd is our player of the week.
John H. earns this weeks POTW for his stellar defense he displayed. John was solid on "D" all night making all the routine catches and making it tough for the opponent to score. It was his late game catch that earned him this weeks honors with a awesome over the shoulder catch stifling yet another potential rally by the opponent. This type of defense held the opposing squad to just 3 runs. Great job John!
