This was a championship game for the Ages. When Sack Attack jumped out to the early lead, it seemed like they weren't going to be denied. However, dodgeBAALINN answered every challenge Sack Attack threw at them thanks to the superb play of Lan Do. He would not let his team be denied the chance at greatness. Late in the game and time running out, it seemed Sack Attack had the game one but, dodgeBAALINN tied it up to force a one game overtime match. After recovering from hyperventilation, I watched two teams duke it out with dodgeBAALINN suriving as the last team standing. After the game, reporters were already asking if the team planned to defend their title next year and they replied HELL YES. Sack Attack came so close and I have to believe they look forward to another season where they might taste those champioship Nachos. Great game and an excellent way to end the season.
In the final game against "Freeballin", Allison Telfer had a one on one standoff against one of the "freeballin" players. Each player threw, dodged, and threw again but both players were determined to take the win for their team. In the end, Allison caught a fastball thrown directly at her. She won the game for her team, "DodgeBAALLINN". Nice work Allison!
