For the final night of the fall league at Imperial, teams showcased all they could. Be it a team crowned champs, or amazing bowling by individuals. Balls of fury had both on this night. Their first round opponents " Curves, balls, and hardwood: the XXX odyssey" would not just lay over for balls of fury, but instead follow and watch the leader of their team this night, alia Mick Slick start off with 6 strikes, finishing with a 233!! 9 strikes total. But couldn't muster enough for the Balls of fury, who not only beat both opponents, "Gutt'r Dun" their second victim, but also beat on each other with shots to the forehead with inter-team betting. Gutt'r Dun was our second place winners, who cheered for themselves, their opponents, other teams close by, or just high-fived people walking by, with a full bucket always in arms reach. They started their first game with a 659, then the buckets emptied as they followed with a 588. To finish the brackets off was curves, balls, and hardwood bringing in third.
Bowling lights out to help her team take first place. She talied up scores of 163 and 127.
In a match-up of two of last season's playoff teams, Sam Sy had the hot hand on Tuesday night. He bowled a 185 and then a 205. His 205 in Game 2 was the difference in leading his team to a 10-pin victory over Balls and Racks.
