Sean showed virtue and skill this week. The umpire called Sean safe at first in the fifth inning of a tight game but Sean admitted that he had been hit and asked to be called out. The other team appreciated his honesty. What they didn't like was his diving somersault catch in the sixth inning to rob them of multiple runs.
This weeks player of the week goes to Katie Moran, for an outstanding catch in rightfield to halt a potential rally. This rally killer sprinted to get to a bomb, that had a little red-ass on it, that bounced off her on the first attempt, but she caught it before it hit the ground. With this catch her team was able to win the game in the 8th inning. Great job Katie!!
