Captain John Meyers lead his team to an easy victory on Monday beating the SANtastics 10-6. Meyers was on the mound for the entire game and held the opponents to 2 runs through 6 innings. The losers did add 4 runs in the 7th, but the game was never in doubt.
The High Point Hustlers won 1 of the 2 games they played on Monday, dropping their first but winning the second. However, Captain Jessica Powell was a star throughout the day with her defense in the outfield. Jessica tracked down several fly balls in right field, taking away a couple of hits with her impressive range.
On Wednesday night, John put on one of the best kickball seen in a while. Besides pitching a one-run game, John was perfect from the plate. He kicked a few run-scoring hits, including two triples. But the cherry on top of his fantastic night was a massive Grand Slam giving him 8 RBI on the night. What a game!!
