Congratulations to Quicksand for winning the Late Summer Midcore championship! After a very solid season, Quicksand headed to the finals with a lot of confidence, but they didn't expect to lose one of their team members last weekend due to an injury. They had to play against Google tonight with only 3 people, but that was not an excuse to give up.
It was a beautiful game with the score tied for most part of the match, but after almost 1 hour and 3 very long sets, Quicksand took over Google and became the champions! Congratulations to all Quicksand players for this awesome achievement! See you all next season!
Congratulations to the player of the week, Eric Naumann! Eric helped his team winning the finals of midcore division with only 3 people at their side of the court! He was making some hard moves for his team and remained very chipper. With great attitude and solid volleyball Eric was just amazing tonight. Good job and see you next season!
Congratulations to player of the week, Kirstin Naumann! While watching Kirstin play this week she showed great progress from week one. She was making some sweet points for her team and remained very chipper. Kirstin's smile was contagious and made the game look fun and exciting. Keep up the great attitude!
Every time I get a chance to watch this team play they are outstanding. I have yet to see them loose. one of their key players is Mathew Rock. He is all over the court diving, picking up stray or out of reach balls and making plays. Quicksand is a number one contender and with Mathew on their side. Unstoppable
