Spring Softcore Kickball at Lower Woodlands Mondays

Colin did well at bat to keep this game in the runnings. He had a home run, a double and a single. He was one kick away from getting the Cycle but he served his purpose. His runs and RBIs kept the game in play and ending in in a draw/ He also had some sticky hands in the field. He made sure no kick got past him and ended many endings with his hands!

Anthony started out great with a grand slam homerun in the 1st inning. He followed that with another solo homer, 2 RKI singles and even when he popped out it advanced a runner to scoring position. He continued with some big kicks in game 2 with another 3 run homer and must have had at least 10 RKIs in the 2 games. His defense was solid and helped lead his team in giving up only 1 combined run in both games.

Jeff was an absolutely beast during this week of kickball. With playoffs starting Jeff recorded a two homeruns with 7 RBI's in the semi-final game! Not only was the raw power of his kicks amazing, but the speed he showed running around the bases could be compared to that of a gazelle. Not only did Jeff do work on the offensive side of the ball, but he also had multiple putouts at first base and was a defensive corner stone for his team. In the championship game, Jeff had a similar game of greatness by getting three hits and driving in more runs still being old reliable on defense. This historic week of kickball performance will never be forgotten.
