This was a game for the ages that no one will forget. After winning the semi-final game handily, Thigh Power brought their game face. Runs came far and few between, but Thigh Power put on an exquisite defensive performance by getting outs in key spots. Going into the 7th inning, Thigh Power was up by one run and was able to extend their lead to two runs giving them a bit of breathing room. The biggest out came in the bottom of the 7th. The Big Blue Thumbs had brought the game within one run and they needed one more run to tie. The ball was kicked to right field and the running was coming home from second and Ryan made the play of the game by running from the outfield all the way into home to get the third and final out of the game by pegging the runner and bringing home the championship!
